Can I work with different employer without my sponsor company knowing about it? I have a EAD and I can change jobs(180 days is over). Now planning to start a company/to work on W2 with new company. I want to use the medical benefits from sponsor company(withought quitting the job).
currently I am on Bench. so parent company not paying anything. I appreciate your responses.
Please let me know any good immigration lawyer in Newjersey (princeton) area.

As of 23 September 2006, we have received less than 15 questions in preparation for the next call. This does not meet the critical mass of 20-25 questions for justifying a conference call.

You could request your friendly neighborhood ethnic grocer (Indian/Mexican/Chinese/Filipino and others) or video rental store, religious gathering or communal gathering place to carry these flyers in a prominent location. (You'll be surprised at the positive response you will get from such businesses- I had my reservations at first, but when I approached a temple sometime back, the temple officer appreciated the efforts made by us for such a "great cause"- his own words).
NOTE: Flyer will be available after file upload/download problems are resolved.

Labor approved(eb3 with pd of July 03),
I140 in process,
In my seventh year of H1b on a one year extension expiring in August.
Please advise if I can change employers now and still get a new H1 though I am in my seventh year ?

If you have successfully transfered your PD after your I-140 approval. Please post your experience.
I have seen I-140 threads for a while ..everyone have a opinion ..but none of you have gone through it....its misleading we can quote different websites and USICS documents ..only people who actually transfered PD can share. How they did it. Whats the process. Please respond to this thread only if you have successfully transfered PD after I-140 approval.

We like to share that the H1B cap is extremely close to being reached. The count as of December 15, 2009 is 64,200. This is 1300 cases more than the count from December 11th. This count is very close to the total cap of 65,000 which is actually somewhat reduced by numbers allocated under trade agreements. Will it be ok to change employers multiple times on EAD with in shrt span of time difference?
yes, after being a 'chicken' for so long, I changed job on AC21 six months back. And since then changed twice after that. (once forced due to economy, second time moved to a better position) in fact now I am loving the freedom that comes with EAD. Only make sure you stick to same profession (programming) other things like salary or job title etc doesn't matter. Good Luck!

Hi,
I have a pending I-140 (RD March 12, 2007) and I-485 (PD Sept 2001, India EB-3, Current in April 2008).
My wife and I, currently have EADs. My wife has been offered a job and they need a Green Card when she joins in May 2008.
Is there a way to expedite the processing of I-140 and I-485, so that we do get our Green Cards in next month or so?
